We're looking for a driven, sales and customer-focused Leasing Consultant who is passionate about connecting with people, delivering exceptional service, and helping families find a place to call home. You'll: Welcome prospects and build rapport while getting to know their needs and wants. Provide engaging community tours Showcase apartment homes and highlight the unique benefits of living at Indus Communities Convert qualified prospects into happy residents Process lease applications and assist with applicant screening Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals Build positive relationships with residents and provide outstanding customer service Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and community events Conduct apartment inspections and help maintain community standards Partner with maintenance and management teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience What Makes You Successful You: Have Strong attention to detail and accuracy Are Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented Are Motivated by goals and resident satisfaction Are Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Are Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Are Comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds Are A collaborative team player who takes pride in creating a welcoming community Possess a strong commitment to helping prospective residents find the right home, with the empathy, compassion, and cultural awareness needed to build meaningful connections with people from all walks of life.

Requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least six months of relevant sales and customer service experience Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and follow-through skills Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management technology platforms Assist with lease renewals by proactively communicating with residents and
