Description Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) Compensation: $47.50 per clinical hour; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee; Non-Exempt Schedule: Evening (until 7pm) and/or weekend coverage; flexibility to schedule up to 25 hours of availability within those time frames Location: This is an in person role based out of Cumming, GA Role Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.

Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Preferred candidates will see children (5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults. This is a part-time, on-site position for evenings (until 7 PM) and/or weekend availability. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Active, unrestricted license as a LP, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 clients per week within a minimum of 35 hours of availability Preferred candidates will have multiple days of up to 7pm availability Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $47.50 per clinical hour; paid bi-weekly 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Flexible scheduling: Evening (until 7pm) and/or weekend coverage; flexibility to schedule up to 25 hours of availability within those time frames Requirements Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
