This role handles more complex support tasks, assists with loan quality and accuracy, and serves as a resource to team members. The position works closely with internal teams and members to ensure loan-related requests are handled efficiently and in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements. Through attention to detail, problem solving, and collaboration, this role helps ensure lending operations remain accurate, compliant, and efficient.

________________________________________ What You’ll Do Advanced Loan File Review & Documentation Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance Support correction of documentation discrepancies Maintain well-organized and audit-ready loan records Ensure adherence to lending policies and documentation standards ________________________________________ Collateral & Lien Management Track and maintain collateral documentation (titles, mortgages, UCC filings, insurance) Support lien perfection and follow up on outstanding items Verify insurance coverage and required documentation Ensure collateral records are complete and accurate ________________________________________ Loan Servicing Support Process servicing requests including payoffs, skip payments, modifications, and account updates Support ancillary product processes (e.g., GAP claims, debt protection) Assist with research and resolution of loan-related issues Maintain accurate servicing records ________________________________________ Reporting & Compliance Support Complete and maintain required operational reports Ensure report accuracy and audit readiness Support compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements Assist in identifying discrepancies or risks in reporting ________________________________________ Member & Internal Support Respond to more complex member and internal inquiries Provide guidance related to loan servicing and documentation Route escalated issues appropriately Support a professional and responsive service experience ________________________________________ Operational Coordination Coordinate with lending, processing, and operations teams Support workflow efficiency across departments Assist in identifying and addressing workflow gaps Support timely completion of loan-related activities ________________________________________ Problem Resolution & Process Support Identify and resolve issues related
