What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, packaging, and facility equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Support equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, air compressors, boilers, printers, labelers, dehydrators, mills, blenders, chillers, and dock equipment.
Complete work orders and document maintenance activities within the maintenance management system. Calibrate instruments and maintain required maintenance records. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation. Partner with Production and Operations teams to identify and implement equipment improvements. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following GMP, food safety, and company procedures.
Support facility projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed. What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience working with industrial manufacturing, production, or packaging equipment. Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.

Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience required.
Certificated on at least one of the following Technical Field Mechanic, Electric, HVAC, Welding, or Plumbing. Knowledge of 5S and GMPs. Experience in Clean rooms environment. Computer skills required: Certificate of welding, Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. List others for your Roles (CRM, MRP, ERI, etc.). Ability to travel between facilities. Ability to travel up to 30 miles.
