We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who want to grow — not just clock in. What you'll do Greet and help patients in person and by phone Answer routine prescription and process questions (and route clinical ones to licensed staff) Prepare refill requests and keep patient records accurate Manage calls, messages, and follow-ups so nothing falls through Keep documentation organized and audit-ready Help stock supplies and flag low inventory early This role works under supervision and does not perform licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist duties.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and people skills Attention to detail and basic computer skills Ability to keep information confidential (HIPAA) A genuine interest in building a healthcare career Preferred: Enrolled in or completed a Medical Assistant or healthcare program Customer service or healthcare experience Familiarity with medical terminology or EHR systems Where this leads Strong performers move up to Medication Support Specialist II — taking on e-prescribing support, prior authorizations, and inventory management with more independence.
