Full-time, stable position with real leadership responsibility Competitive pay Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Benjamin Moore product training Family-owned company with over 90 years of stability What you'll get to do: Lead, coach, and schedule a team of Paint Sales associates Oversee daily department operations, stocking levels, and merchandising Handle escalated color-matching, tinting, or product issues Assist customers with paint product selection and application questions Ensure the department maintains a professional, welcoming, shopper-friendly environment Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering with the department manager Represent Norfolk Hardware and Norfolk Kitchen & Bath with a professional image at all times Requirements Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a high-volume hardware retail environment At least 3+ years of experience working with paint products, including tinting, mixing, and color matching Prior experience leading, training, or supervising other associates Self-motivated and available to work weekend hours Ability to safely operate a forklift Ability to lift 40+ lbs without assistance frequently Nice-to-Haves: Prior experience owning department-level scheduling, inventory, or sales performance Familiarity with merchandising strategies to drive product sales Experience working cooperatively across multiple departments as a point of escalation PM19
