Job Summary: The Processing/Production Worker handles materials and follows procedures to de-package and prepare products according to Company standards.
This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: Follow company values and rules. Follow all safety, food safety, and workplace procedures. Arrive to work on time. Follow instructions from supervisors and work guidelines. Wear required PPE, including safety shoes. Clean containers, equipment, and work areas. Unload and handle food waste products (up to 40 lbs).
Move products to the correct storage area and dispose of packaging waste properly. Prepare trailers for customer return. Report spills, safety concerns, or other issues to a supervisor. Clean and sanitize totes according to procedures. Attend required meetings and training. No jewelry or visible piercings allowed while working. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Able to follow instructions and pay attention to details.
Must wear company-approved steel-toe shoes. Able to work in hot, noisy, or dusty environments. Able to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work. Willing to work different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed. Follow safety rules and safe work practices.
