Position Summary: The Production Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging electrical components and assemblies used in a variety of end-use applications. This position supports production goals by following standardized work instructions, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to all safety requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities: Assemble electrical components, harnesses, switches, modules, and related products according to work instructions and engineering specifications. Perform soldering, crimping, wiring, and mechanical assembly operations as required. Operate production equipment, hand tools, power tools, and testing devices safely and efficiently. Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.

Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electrical assemblies. Identify and report quality concerns, equipment malfunctions, and safety issues. Complete production documentation, quality records, and work orders accurately. Maintain workstations using 5S and lean manufacturing principles. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Work collaboratively with team members, quality personnel, maintenance technicians, and supervisors to meet production schedules. Requirements Education/Training: Required High school diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications. Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.

Ability to use measuring devices and inspection tools.
