Description Psychiatrist (MD/DO) Compensation: 60% of Net Collections; (Estimated earning potential of $210-$270 per clinical session) Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (practice requirement of at least 10 hours per week) Schedule: 10 - 16 clinical hours per week Location: This is a remote position; fully remote or hybrid opportunities available ARC Health, which partners with and operates out of the Lotus Consulting, PLLC's office, is seeking a highly qualified, Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our thriving practice in Ann Arbor, MI.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced clinician who is passionate about providing comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan—ages 5 through 80—in an outpatient setting who works 10-16 hours per week. Psychiatrist Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the outpatient setting. Provide medication management and therapy to a diverse patient population.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Stay current with advancements in psychiatric treatment and research methodologies. Make referrals for psychotherapy when indicated and collaborate with all other mental health professionals involved in the patient’s care to ensure comprehensive treatment. Maintain accurate and confidential client records completely all documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
Advocate for clients' needs and rights, including access to psychiatric services and medications. Other duties as assigned. Minimum of 2 years’ experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and older adults (ages 5–80) in private practice Strong understanding of psychiatrist assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic techniques Knowledge of evidence-based interventions in psychiatric treatment About ARC Health (ARC): ARC Health is the newest generation Management Service Organization (MSO) for mental healthcare.
