As a Quick Lube Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and preventative services while working alongside experienced automotive professionals. What You'll Do Perform routine scheduled vehicle maintenance services Complete oil changes, fluid inspections, and fluid replacements Replace oil, engine air, and cabin air filters Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections (MPI) Identify maintenance concerns and communicate recommendations Complete top, middle, and bottom-level maintenance services according to manufacturer standards Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the service department Properly use and care for dealership tools and equipment Participate in Toyota and Milton Martin Toyota training programs Follow all safety procedures and dealership service standards Qualifications Previous experience as a lube technician, automotive technician, oil change technician, mechanic apprentice, or similar role is helpful but not required Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair and maintenance Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Effective communication and teamwork skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Annual Bonus Program 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employer-Paid Life Insurance, AD&D, and Short-Term Disability Employee Discounts and Rewards Program Work-Life Balance Ongoing Training and Development Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive Team Environment and Modern Facilities Why Join Milton Martin Toyota?
