Assist the manager in overseeing merchandise displays throughout the store.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns. Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage. Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed. Be alert for shoplifting and follow the Shoplifting Policy. Be part of staff meetings and team-building.
