Description Reports to: District Manager | Partners with: Clinical leadership across all specialty service lines at the location. Specialty service lines at this location: Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Oncology & Surgery The Hospital Administrator serves as the operational leader of a high-performing, multi-specialty veterinary practice, overseeing daily operations, staff leadership, financial performance, client experience, and regulatory compliance across all specialty service lines at the location.

This role partners closely with each service line, board-certified specialists, residents, and regional leadership to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, strong referral relationships, and sustainable growth across the entire location. The ideal candidate is a strategic, people-focused leader with experience in healthcare or veterinary operations, ideally across multiple departments or service lines, who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-specialty medical environment.

Position Summary The Hospital Administrator leads daily operations, staff performance, client service, and financial management across all specialty service lines at the location, while supporting exceptional patient care in each specialty. This role is responsible for the overall operational performance of the hospital, including staff leadership, client experience, financial oversight, compliance, and facility management.

This role partners closely with the Medical Lead of each specialty and the District Manager to ensure high standards of care, efficiency, profitability, cross-specialty coordination, and team engagement location-wide.
