Location: Birmingham, AL Type: Contract-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity Job Description We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to join our team supporting commercial aircraft operations. Work includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, line support, and rapid-response AOG operations. Military candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Your rotary- or fixed-wing experience (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard) is highly valued, and A&P assistance programs may be available. Key Responsibilities Hangar Maintenance: • Perform heavy maintenance, modifications, and overhauls on commercial aircraft systems and structures • Use technical manuals, schematics, and engineering data to complete accurate repairs • Document all work in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures • Ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins Line Maintenance: • Conduct pre-flight, post-flight, and turnaround inspections • Troubleshoot and repair systems during active operations • Perform component replacements and light repairs to keep aircraft in service • Coordinate with flight crews and dispatch for real-time updates.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
