Serco is excited to support the Air Force Modeling and Simulation Support Services (AFMS3) contract. The primary purpose of this contract is to ensure that the Department of the Air Force (DAF), Department of War (DoW), and External Partner Agencies maintain cutting-edge Modeling and Simulation (M&S) capabilities that are secure, interoperable, and efficient. The contractor will provide comprehensive support and innovative solutions that enable the continuous evolution and enhancement of M&S systems, ensuring that the DAF and DoD can effectively prepare for and execute their missions with the highest level of readiness and lethality.

This position is contingent upon the ability to maintain/transfer an active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance. In this role, you will: Support A35 in implementing the USAF Operational Training & Test Infrastructure (OTTI) Flight Plan Lines-of-Effort and developing policy to enable the OTTI implementation Be responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project, or series of smaller projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements.

Projects managed are typically of moderate technical complexity. To be successful in this role, you will have: An active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance. A U.S. Citizenship. A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. 15 years of relevant experience. 2 years of supervisory experience. The ability to travel up to 10%.
