Assembler - 1st Shift Starting Pay: $20.00-22.00/Hour We are seeking dependable Assemblers who take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As an Assembler, you will be responsible for building wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and 8-foot rail sections using blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. You'll utilize both hand and power tools to produce safe, reliable products that make a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities Assemble wheelchair ramps and stair lifts according to blueprints and work instructions. Build and assemble 8-foot rail sections with precision and consistency. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings. Measure and mark materials accurately using a tape measure. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, function, and alignment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety policies and production procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Identify and report assembly issues while assisting with solutions. What We're Looking For Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong tape measure and measurement skills. Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of component assembly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
