Shift Options 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Friday overtime available based on production needs 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Friday overtime available based on production needs Job Responsibilities As an Assembler, you will: Assemble products from start to finish following detailed work instructions.
Read production orders and gather required materials for assembly projects. Use hand and power tools including drills, screw guns, nail guns, routers, sanders, and saws. Accurately measure materials and components using a tape measure. Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report material shortages, defects, or quality concerns. Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as needed. Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Required Ability to learn and safely operate hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred High School Diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
