Oversee installation of A/C systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and ductwork. Read blueprints and assembly instructions. Ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met. Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools daily. Assist with troubleshooting, assembly, and light mechanical work as needed. What We're Looking For 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience. Assembly, manufacturing, automotive, or mechanical experience.
Strong blueprint reading and troubleshooting skills. Experience using hand and power tools. Positive leadership style and strong communication skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
