Position Summary The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating clinical services across assigned programs and departments. This leadership role provides oversight of clinical operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, performance improvement initiatives, and collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Operations Provide oversight and support for daily clinical operations within assigned service areas. Monitor clinical services to ensure quality treatment delivery, patient access, and continuity of care. Review and analyze clinical and operational performance metrics and develop improvement strategies when needed. Support the implementation and maintenance of evidence-based behavioral health practices across programs.
Participate in organizational planning, reporting, and program development initiatives. Staff Leadership & Development Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and develop clinical staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Promote effective communication and teamwork across departments.
Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies. Support quality improvement efforts and regulatory readiness activities. Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal behavioral health regulations. Community & Organizational Engagement Represent Sierra Tucson in community meetings and professional partnerships.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and other stakeholders to support integrated patient care. Promote a positive, empathetic, and patient-centered treatment environment. Address patient
