Keep work areas clean and organized to meet cleanroom and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards. Comply with all facility rules, including restrictions on food, drink, and personal items in the cleanroom. Essential Skills Ability to stand and work on feet for 12-hour shifts. Ability to read and understand written work instructions. Manual dexterity with hands for precise assembly and packaging tasks.
High school diploma or GED. Willingness to work in a pharmaceutical cleanroom environment. Capability to follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols. Reliability and consistency in attendance on a 2-2-3 shift schedule. Comfort with entry-level assembly, production, and cleanroom work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Interest in medical assembly, medical device production, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Ability to work both day and night 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule. Willingness to wear full cleanroom PPE, including gown, hair/beard net, surgical mask, gloves, and shoe covers. Attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive processes without losing focus. Strong work ethic and desire for long-term job stability and growth opportunities. Comfort working in a highly regulated environment with clear rules and procedures.

Work Environment The role is based in a pharmaceutical cleanroom environment with strict cleanliness and safety standards. Employees work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule: day shifts (D1/D2) run from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and night shifts (M3/M4) run from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with pay covering all 12 hours.
The cleanroom requires appropriate personal protective equipment at all times, including a gown, hair or beard net, surgical mask, gloves, and shoe covers. To maintain product integrity and cleanliness, certain items are not allowed in the cleanroom, including food, drink, makeup, perfume or cologne, fake nails, earrings or any piercings, and pants that touch the ground.
