Job Title: Clean Room Technician $16 - $18 Job Description This entry-level clean room technician role focuses on assembling and packaging medical and pharmaceutical components in a controlled cleanroom environment. You will work on an assembly line, follow detailed work instructions, and ensure products are accurately assembled, packaged, and prepared for distribution. Multiple shifts are available across daytime, second, and third shifts, offering consistent, full-time work in a stable pharmaceutical production setting.

Responsibilities Read and follow written work instructions to complete assembly and packaging tasks accurately. Feed materials and components onto the assembly line to maintain continuous production flow. Assemble and package medical parts, including tubing, bottles, cartridges, and related components. Stand on the assembly line to remove syringes from boxes and handle them according to instructions.

Disassemble syringes as required and repackage them into designated boxes or containers. Construct and assemble boxes used for packaging syringes and other medical components. Follow work orders to pull parts, organize materials, and ensure correct items are used for each job. Pack boxes with tubing, bottles, cartridges, and other medical parts in accordance with quality and safety standards. Perform general labor and production tasks to support overall manufacturing and packaging operations.

Review materials requested by internal customers and assist with disposition of materials where applicable. Maintain cleanroom protocols at all times, including proper gowning and adherence to contamination control procedures. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Essential Skills Ability to stand on feet for an entire 8-hour shift.

Ability to read and understand work instructions and work orders. Manual dexterity with hands to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks. Capability to perform general labor, production, and packaging tasks in a manufacturing environment. Willingness and ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times in the cleanroom. Comfort working on an assembly line and performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED is preferred for assembly roles. Experience in assembler, production worker, general labor, or warehouse roles is helpful but not required. Familiarity with cleanroom environments or medical device production is a plus. Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high-quality standards. Strong reliability and consistency in attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment You will work in a pharmaceutical cleanroom environment that requires strict adherence to cleanliness and contamination control standards. Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times, including a gown, hair or beard net, surgical mask, gloves, and shoe covers. The cleanroom has clear restrictions: no drinks, food, makeup, perfume or cologne, fake nails, earrings or any piercings, or pants that touch the ground are allowed inside.

The role involves standing for most of an 8-hour shift and working Monday through Friday, with openings on daylight (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.), second shift (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.), and third shift (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning). The facility operates as a struct
