Job Title: Cleaning Specialist Job Description The Cleaning Specialist maintains clean, safe, and orderly office environments by performing a variety of custodial and housekeeping tasks. This role includes sweeping and vacuuming floors, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and other general cleaning duties. The position also requires driving between job sites as needed to support multiple locations.
Responsibilities Clean office areas thoroughly, including floors, bathrooms, and other common and work spaces. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and safe environment. Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables from designated areas. Essential Skills Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Capability to clean and sanitize bathrooms and other living or working areas.
Strong organization skills to manage supplies, equipment, and assigned tasks efficiently. Reliable transportation to travel between locations and to and from work. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds safely and repeatedly as part of daily duties. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior related cleaning, custodial, or housekeeping experience is not required but is considered a plus. Comfort working independently with minimal direct supervision.

Standard hours are first shift, typically from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the understanding that shift times may change depending on the job and the location of the cleanup site. Employees meet at the office in the morning and may ride in a company vehicle to the job site or drive themselves between locations as needed. The work is physically active and involves standing, walking, bending, twisting, lifting up to 20 pounds, and using common cleaning tools and products in a custodial and housekeeping setting.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holmen, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
