Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator Job Description This position involves working in the pump department during the weekend shift. The role includes receiving and testing new and returned pumps, with a focus on detailed computer work and achieving daily output metrics. Operators will be certified in multiple stations and may rotate through different pump stations, utilizing small hand tools for testing.
Responsibilities Assemble insulin pumps on a manufacturing line within work stations. Collaborate with a team to complete assemblies. Perform manual electro-mechanical assembly duties using small tools. Log data into a computer and conduct testing and troubleshooting. Review batch records and ensure documentation accuracy. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Essential Skills Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs from any industry.
Competence in using computers for training and documentation. Experience in mechanical assembly and medical device inspection. Understanding of GMP standards, packaging, and medical assembly. Attention to detail and reliability are crucial. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. Strong work ethic and willingness to be flexible. Ability to be cross-trained in different departments.

The weekend shift consists of 12-hour shifts from 5:00am to 5:30pm, Friday through Sunday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
