We are seeking a Client Coordinator to support a rapidly growing healthcare review operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with data and documentation, and can maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.

What You'll Do As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing case information, reviewing documentation, and ensuring records are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process cases through client and regulatory portals Review and verify eligibility and case information Prepare, enter, and track data with a high degree of accuracy Retrieve medical records from external sources and upload them into internal systems Ensure medical records and supporting documentation are complete and accurate Respond to client inquiries regarding case status, reports, and general questions Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to assign cases Maintain ongoing communication regarding report status and workflow updates Document actions and update databases as required Adhere to HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and company compliance standards Qualifications Required 2+ years of patient access, healthcare administration, medical office, or related healthcare experience Strong data entry and computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent written and professional email communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to read and interpret medical records, correspondence, and documentation Ability to learn new systems quickly Reliable internet connection and private home workspace High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience reviewing eligibility information Salesforce experience Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) experience Contract review or document auditing experience Healthcare claims or insurance-related experience What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who: Enjoys detailed, process-driven work Is comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy Can multitask and adapt to changing priorities Demonstrates strong critical-thinking skills Is dependable and self-motivated in a remote environment Asks questions when uncertain rather than making assumptions Maintains a professional and customer-focused approach Work Environment Fully remote position Virtual training and onboarding provided Collaborative team environment with significant growth opportunities Performance measured through accuracy, productivity, and quality of work Must maintain a distraction-free workspace during working hours Why Join Us?
