About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team that supports fleet drivers, customers, and internal account management teams. This is a customer service and case resolution position that focuses heavily on email communication, research, problem-solving, and case management rather than high-volume inbound calls. The ideal candidate enjoys investigating issues, finding solutions, providing exceptional customer support, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of customer emails and support cases. Research customer issues and identify effective resolutions. Assist customers with vehicle-related questions, concerns, and service needs. Provide support for account management teams and fleet drivers. Follow up with customers via phone and email to gather missing information. Utilize Salesforce and internal systems to manage cases and document customer interactions.
Process billing changes, driver information updates, insurance card requests, reporting needs, and other account maintenance tasks. Communicate regularly with internal departments to resolve complex issues. Maintain accurate records while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Deliver professional, responsive, and customer-focused service. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment.
Strong written communication and email correspondence skills. Excellent grammar, spelling, and professionalism in customer communications. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Comfortable navigating multiple systems, databases, and screens simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel. Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred). High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable making outbound customer follow-up calls when needed.n.
