Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Shift: 2nd & 3rd Pay: up to $28 Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Index Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-precision printing and machining equipment to produce top-quality printed materials and components. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets the highest standards of quality.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the creation of impactful print advertising, packaging, and other printed products. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor index machines used in Index CNC machining or manufacturing processes to ensure precise production runs. Perform routine inspections and adjustments to maintain optimal machine performance and prevent downtime.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, ensuring color accuracy, layout consistency, and overall print quality. Manage material handling tasks including loading raw materials, troubleshooting feeding issues, and unloading finished products. Collaborate with prepress teams to ensure proper layout design, color management, and screen printing specifications are met. Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality inspections for compliance and continuous improvement.
Follow safety protocols rigorously when operating machinery such as CNC equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley City, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
