Take ownership of parts from drawing to final delivery. Program and optimize CAM toolpaths to maximize efficiency and quality. Machine challenging materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper, and exotic alloys. Hold sub-thousandth tolerances while maintaining exceptional surface finishes. Perform detailed inspections using advanced metrology equipment including CMMs. Work directly with engineers to solve manufacturability challenges and improve designs.
Develop creative fixturing and machining strategies for one-of-a-kind parts. Support advanced R&D projects where no two days are the same. What We're Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining experience. Strong CAM programming experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360, NX CAM, or similar). Expertise with CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining. Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
Experience holding extremely tight tolerances. Strong metrology and inspection experience Passion for craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineering teams. The Ideal Candidate You're the machinist people come to when the part is difficult. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
