Why You'll Like This Job ✅ Pay: $28-$34/hr depending on experience ✅ 10% shift differential ✅ Work on high-precision parts used in cutting-edge industries ✅ Modern CNC machines and advanced manufacturing technology ✅ Clean, organized, and professional work environment ✅ Opportunities to expand your setup, troubleshooting, inspection, and machining skills ✅ Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement ✅ Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more Job Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment Load programs, adjust offsets, and optimize machining processes Read blueprints, technical drawings, travelers, and work orders Machine parts to tight tolerances and customer specifications Use GD&T and precision measuring tools to verify quality Troubleshoot machining issues and make process adjustments Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other measuring tools Complete basic machine maintenance Follow safety procedures and support lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Experience with CNC mills, lathes, grinders, or surface grinders Ability to perform machine setups and operate equipment independently Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T Experience working with tight tolerances and precision measurements Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Aerospace, semiconductor, medical device, or other precision manufacturing experience is a plus Ideal Candidate You're a hands-on machinist who takes pride in producing quality parts, solving problems, and continuously improving your skills.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
