Essential Skills At least 6 months of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or machining environment. Hands-on experience operating CNC machines, specifically mills and lathes. Ability to repeatedly lift 15+ pounds throughout the shift while loading and unloading parts. Proficiency using precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers, to inspect parts. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings with specifications and tolerances.

Experience working with or operating Doosan and Okuma CNC machines. Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes. Ability to work within a robot cell structure and oversee multiple machines at a time. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely and accurately. Reliable work habits and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a CNC machine operator at different skill levels, from entry-level "button pusher" to advanced setup technician. Ability to make machine offsets (Level B) and perform full machine setups (Level A). Comfort working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. Willingness to work any of the available shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) based on business needs.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and communicate quality or process issues. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
