What You'll Do Lead commercial carpentry and interior construction activities on-site Perform and oversee metal stud framing, drywall installation, and finishing Complete finish carpentry work including trim, doors, cabinetry, and fixtures Coordinate daily activities with project teams, subcontractors, and other trades Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards Identify and resolve job-site challenges efficiently Enforce safety procedures and compliance with building regulations Maintain a professional, clean, and organised work environment What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience in commercial or residential construction Strong experience with drywall installation and finishing Proficiency in metal stud framing Skilled in finish carpentry and interior finishing work Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Commercial renovation or tenant improvement experience Previous leadership or crew lead experience Experience working alongside multiple trades on active construction sites Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
