Traveling Construction Laborer Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hr + Overtime + Travel Opportunities Are you looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career in construction, learn a specialized trade, and travel throughout the Western U.S.? We are seeking hardworking, reliable Construction Laborers to join a growing foundation construction team that specializes in caissons, foundations, structural concrete, and other heavy civil construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in getting the job done right, and are looking for steady work with significant overtime potential. Job Duties Responsibilities may include: Lifting and moving forms, steel beams, reinforcement rings, and lumber Assisting with the construction and reinforcement of steel cages for caisson and foundation work Supporting pad, pier, and flatwork concrete construction projects Stripping concrete forms and performing site cleanup Assisting with concrete pours, patching, and finishing activities General construction labor duties as assigned Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications Required: At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: Construction labor Concrete work Landscaping Demolition Dirt work Farm or agricultural labor Ability to lift and carry heavy construction materials throughout 10+ hour workdays Reliable transportation Clean driving record Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Western United States Flexible schedule with the ability to remain on traveling projects for extended periods Preferred: OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour Certification Travel Requirements Travel is 50%+ and may include projects throughout the Western United States Projects typically last anywhere from 1 week to 1 month Some projects may extend up to 2 months or longer Candidates must be comfortable being away from home for extended periods when required Schedule Average of 50-65 hours per week Overtime available on most projects Minimum of approximately 40 hours per week during slower winter months What We're Looking For Successful candidates will: Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Be willing to do whatever it takes to help the team succeed Take pride in their work and jobsite performance Be team-oriented and willing to perform labor-intensive tasks Have the flexibility to accommodate a travel-heavy schedule Be motivated by long-term growth opportunities within the construction industry Why Apply?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
