Customer Service Representative Location: O'Fallon, MO (100% Onsite) Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers by handling billing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information regarding products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service experience who are looking for long-term career growth through a contract-to-hire position.
Responsibilities Provide timely customer service to incoming telephone calls in a call center environment. Respond to customer billing inquiries, complaints, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner. Research, analyze, and resolve customer issues while ensuring complete resolution. Coordinate with internal teams as needed to support customer needs. Navigate multiple systems and applications to document and resolve inquiries.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Support additional teams and process transactions as business needs require. Complete assignments and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: 1+ year of call center experience preferred OR retail/customer-facing experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Strong data entry and computer skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience. Sales experience is a plus. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Ability to maintain performance standards in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday through Friday Primary shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST Training schedule will likely be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST Flexibility required, as schedules may change based on business needs Occasional overtime and Saturday shifts may be required Work Environment 100% onsite position in O'Fallon, MO Fast-paced customer service environment One onsite interview with a quick hiring decision Not a remote opportunity Contract-to-Hire Opportunity This position offers strong long-term potential.
