Why You Should Apply: ✅ Immediate Interview Opportunities ✅ Quick Start Dates ✅ Competitive Pay: $19-$25/hr ✅ Consistent 1st Shift Schedule ✅ Long-Term, Stable Work Environment ✅ Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits ✅ 401(k) Retirement Plan ✅ Strong Safety Culture ✅ Career Growth Opportunities What You'll Be Doing: Perform structural welding using MIG and Flux Core processes Weld in vertical (3G), horizontal, and overhead positions Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Set welding machine voltage and amperage Measure, fit, align, and prepare materials for welding Grind and finish welds to quality standards Maintain a safe and productive work environment Requirements: MUST HAVE ✔ Minimum 8 months of structural welding experience ✔ Recent MIG welding experience ✔ Ability to read blueprints and tape measures ✔ Ability to pass a 3G MIG weld test ✔ Experience welding structural steel ✔ Ability to work in a fabrication/manufacturing environment PREFERRED ✔ Structural fitting experience ✔ Flux Core (FCAW) experience ✔ Production welding ✔ Industrial fabrication experience Schedule: 🕒 1st Shift Monday-Friday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime opportunities may be available.
Compensation: 💰 Welders: $19-$22/hr 💰 Welder/Fitters: Up to $25/hr based on experience Ready to Get Started? This position is moving quickly, and interview slots are limited.
