Join a large-scale endpoint deployment team supporting enterprise device refresh and modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong desktop support and imaging experience who enjoys hands-on work with SCCM/MECM, Windows 10/11, and enterprise hardware deployments. Desktop Imaging & Deployment Technician What You'll Do Image, configure, and deploy Windows desktops and laptops Support device refresh and migration projects Troubleshoot hardware, software, and deployment issues Manage tickets, assets, and documentation in ServiceNow Deploy and support printers, monitors, docking stations, and other peripherals Partner with IT teams to maintain endpoint standards and security What We're Looking For 3+ years of desktop support, imaging, or deployment experience Experience with SCCM/MECM and ServiceNow Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 Excellent customer service and communication skills Top Skills Desktop Support • Windows Imaging • SCCM/MECM • Deployment • Hardware Support • Troubleshooting Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
