💻 What You’ll Be Doing This is a true entry-level role with structured training and daily exposure to hands‑on IT work. You’ll support the team by: · Responding to support tickets · Assisting users via email, chat, and in‑person support · Troubleshooting issues such as: · Password resets & login issues · WiFi/connectivity problems · Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware · Working closely with technicians to build strong foundational IT skills Professionalism, dependability, and strong communication are just as important as technical ability in this role.
