• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with our equipment, encompassing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and software complexities. • Repair: Perform meticulous repairs and maintenance on our systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Training: Provide comprehensive on-site training to clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used for reference and reporting.
• Customer Service: Cultivate positive customer relationships by addressing concerns, answering queries, and ensuring overall satisfaction. • Safety: Prioritize safety by strictly adhering to protocols and guidelines while working on customer premises. • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry advancements and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge. • On-Call Availability: This position will be part of an on-call rotation for weekends and evenings to address urgent customer issues promptly.
Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
