Job Responsibilities Assist with production, material handling, and general facility operations. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
Support machine operators and production teams in meeting daily production goals. Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report any concerns. Package, stack, sort, and prepare materials for shipment or production use. Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations. Participate in training programs and learn new skills as needed. Complete additional duties as assigned to support production needs. Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Commitment to workplace safety. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Flexibility to work overtime when needed. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, landscaping, farming, or general labor experience.
Experience using hand tools or power tools. Forklift experience. Material handling experience. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. High School Diploma or GED. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $46800.00/yr.
