You'll work in a fast-paced production environment assembling, cutting, sanding, and packaging engineered wood products while developing valuable manufacturing and carpentry skills.

Read shop drawings, cut lists, and production instructions. Operate hand and power tools including saws, drills, nail guns, and sanders. Sand, finish, and prepare products for shipment. Perform quality checks and maintain production standards. Assist with material handling, packaging, and general shop duties. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Support multiple departments through cross-training opportunities.
What We're Looking For Required Experience using hand and power tools. Construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or woodworking experience. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Comfortable with physical work and lifting throughout the shift. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Steel-toe boots. Preferred Blueprint or shop drawing experience. Framing, woodworking, or production experience.
Experience with saws, sanders, or wood processing equipment. Interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing or construction. Work Environment Work in a busy indoor timber manufacturing facility producing structural wood products. The role involves operating power tools, handling materials, and working alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
