Work Environment The role is based in non–climate-controlled manufacturing and remanufacturing warehouses, primarily in Building B and Building C. In Building B, employees work in a new manufacturing facility at standing workstations, assembling products with hand and power tools, applying stickers, and loading finished components into boxes.
In Building C, employees work in a remanufacturing warehouse, disassembling used products and rebuilding them using hand, power, and pneumatic tools, with opportunities to grow into the paint department, crimper department, quality control, or machine operator positions. Shifts include a first shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with optional additional hours on Friday) and a second shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, with optional additional hours on Friday from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM).
The work is hands-on, requires standing for extended periods, and involves repetitive tasks in a production-focused environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merritt Island, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
