Warehouse Associate / Wire Assembly Technician $16-$20HR Location: McElhattan, PA Pay: Weekly Pay Available Shifts & Pay Rates 1st Shift Schedule: 5:16 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime: Up to 4:14 PM as needed Pay Rate: $16.20 per hour 2nd Shift Schedule: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM Overtime: Up to 1:00 AM as needed Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour 3rd Shift Schedule: 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime: Up to 8:30 AM as needed Pay Rate: $20.80 per hour Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to specifications Inspect products for quality and accuracy Read and follow work instructions and production schedules Label, package, and organize finished products Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization Operate basic warehouse equipment safely Keep work areas clean and comply with all safety standards Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, production, assembly, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Ability to stand for extended periods of time Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work overtime when required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MC ELHATTAN, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
