You'll gain valuable experience reading blueprints, operating machinery, performing quality inspections, and producing precision parts in a clean, team-oriented environment. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you! Job Duties Receive hands-on training to operate CNC mills and lathes. Load and unload materials and parts from CNC machines. Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Assemble products using pneumatic and hand tools. Grind, deburr, and clean finished parts to meet quality standards. Monitor machine operation to ensure product accuracy and consistency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Required Skills Previous machine operating, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools. Comfortable working with machinery and hand tools. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation. Experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, or other precision measuring tools. Familiarity with blueprints or mechanical drawings. Experience using pneumatic tools, hand tools, or power tools. Interest in machining, fabrication, or skilled trades careers.
