Description Seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager specializing in Leave Management, Workers' Compensation, and Accommodations. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for all leave administration, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation matters while ensuring compliance with California and federal employment laws. This role is responsible for managing approximately 30-35 leave, accommodation, and workers' compensation cases each month and requires a highly organized professional who can balance employee advocacy with organizational compliance and risk mitigation.

Compassionate employee-focused communication style. Ability to balance employee advocacy with organizational risk management.
Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Hollywood, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
