Imaging Scheduler 📍 Remote (California Residents Only) 🏥 Healthcare Scheduling | Epic | Imaging Are you an experienced medical scheduler with a background in imaging and Epic? We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Imaging Scheduler to support patients across multiple imaging locations. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoy helping patients access the care they need.

What You'll Be Doing Schedule imaging appointments including CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures. Manage both inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy. Review and work scheduling queues to ensure timely patient access to care. Coordinate appointments across multiple imaging locations. Verify scheduling requirements and ensure appointments are scheduled accurately.

Assist in reducing scheduling backlogs and improving patient access to services. Utilize medical terminology and imaging knowledge to support scheduling activities. Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality standards while working remotely. Required Qualifications ✅ Experience using Epic for patient scheduling ✅ Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling experience ✅ Previous imaging scheduling experience required ✅ Experience scheduling CT and MRI appointments ✅ Strong understanding of medical terminology ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills ✅ Professional and compassionate phone presence ✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment ✅ Must reside in California Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience scheduling multiple imaging modalities, including ultrasound ⭐ Experience in a high-volume healthcare call center or centralized scheduling environment ⭐ Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling platforms Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, CA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
