NOW HIRING: 2nd Machine Operator - $21/hr | 2nd & 3rd Shift Available | Miramar, CA Immediate Hiring for Machine Operators! Join a growing manufacturing team in Miramar where you'll gain hands-on experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting high-volume manufacturing operations. Prior CNC experience is a plus, but training is provided. Pay & Schedule Pay: $21.00/hour Location: Miramar, CA Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM 3rd Shift Available Overtime opportunities available Key Responsibilities Load and unload parts from production machines.

Perform drilling, deburring, tapping, and other manual machine operations. Use hand tools, electric drills, and torque wrenches. Read blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and work instructions. Perform quality inspections using calipers, gauges, and measuring tools. Record production and inspection data accurately. Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards. Follow safety procedures and lean manufacturing practices.

Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required Skills Manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Basic math and measurement skills. Comfortable standing and performing repetitive work throughout the shift.

Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment. Preferred Qualifications CNC machine experience. Quality inspection experience. Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75/hr.
