In this position, you'll help assemble and install important components used in advanced energy systems. What You'll Do Assemble mechanical and electronic components Build cables, wiring assemblies, and capacitors Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with a team dedicated to innovation and excellence What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a technician role Experience using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to follow detailed instructions and read blueprints Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Mechanical Assembly Electronic Assembly Wiring & Crimping Cable Assembly Blueprint Reading Clean Room Experience Schedule 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Why Apply?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr.
