Job Title: Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities Perform thorough quality checks of medical products at all stages of the manufacturing and packaging process. Inspect incoming components and materials, including bottles, totes, caps, and other packaging, to identify defects or nonconformities. Conduct in-line and in-process inspections to ensure products meet established quality standards. Issue and pull labels from batch records for production personnel to use on external packaging.
Document all quality checks, inspections, and batch record information accurately and legibly. Participate in AQL inspections when customer complaints arise and support related investigations. Oversee and perform rework activities as needed to address identified quality issues. Review batch records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with quality procedures. Perform line auditing and quality auditing to verify adherence to GMP, SOPs, FDA regulations, and internal quality processes.
Prepare and write quality-related documents, including NCRs (Nonconformance Reports), NCMRs, and deviation reports. Ensure production personnel consistently follow GMPs, SOPs, FDA regulations, and established quality processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartland, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
