Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist Job Description This temporary Inventory Control and Order Fulfillment role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle counts, and contributing to efficient warehouse operations. The position involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring orders are processed correctly and inventory is managed according to established procedures.
Responsibilities Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies. Support overall inventory accuracy by recording, updating, and reconciling stock information. Assist with general warehouse operations, including material handling and warehouse packing. Participate in shipping and receiving activities, such as loading, unloading, and organizing incoming and outgoing materials.
Follow established processes and document control procedures to ensure consistent and reliable inventory management. Use data entry skills to update inventory systems and maintain clear, accurate records. Collaborate with team members to keep the warehouse organized, efficient, and aligned with quality assurance standards. Handle materials safely and efficiently, including operating a forklift if experienced and authorized.
Essential Skills Experience with inventory control and inventory management. Ability to perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Hands-on warehouse experience, including material handling and warehouse packing. Experience in shipping and receiving operations. Strong attention to detail and reliability in handling inventory tasks. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and with loading activities.
Ability to follow established processes and procedures consistently. Proficiency in data entry for inventory and order fulfillment tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift experience is a plus. Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory and supply chain systems. Understanding of document control and quality assurance practices. Knowledge of basic supply chain and warehouse operations.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.90/hr.
