Work Environment This is a field-based position with daily travel to apartment complexes, hotels, and commercial construction sites throughout Florida, generally between Bradenton and Jacksonville. You work primarily outdoors and on active construction sites, performing physical tasks such as digging trenches, installing underground piping, and operating equipment like excavators. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime until 5:00 PM and voluntary weekend work when available.
You will frequently handle irrigation tools and materials, low-voltage wiring, valves, pumps, and control systems in a dynamic environment where safety awareness and appropriate work attire suitable for construction sites are important. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sanford, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $63000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
