You'll have the opportunity to grow toward Project Architect-level responsibilities while continuing to stay involved in design and production. Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $58.00 - $72.00 per hour Compensation will be based on technical expertise, project experience, and overall qualifications. What You'll Accomplish Coordinate architectural projects from design development through construction documents Assemble and coordinate multidisciplinary drawing packages across architectural and engineering disciplines Develop construction documents, detailing, plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and technical deliverables in Revit Collaborate directly with engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues Support project startup activities, workflows, standards, and documentation strategies Review and incorporate design revisions, markups, and redlines into project documents Participate in coordination meetings, site investigations, and project planning efforts Identify and resolve design conflicts through proactive multidisciplinary coordination Support construction administration efforts including clarifications and project documentation Maintain ownership of project deliverables and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout project execution What We're Looking For We're looking for a technically strong architectural professional who thrives in a collaborative design environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex project documentation and coordination efforts.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit, experienced in construction document production, and comfortable working directly with architects, engineers, and consultants. Required Qualifications Approximately 7-12 years of architectural experience Advanced proficiency with Revit Strong construction document (CD) phase experience Experience producing complete construction document sets Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary drawing packages Experience working within an architectural or A/E consulting environment Proven experience coordinating architects, engineers, and consultants Strong understanding of multidisciplinary building
