We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join a leading healthcare organization supporting a large-scale technology transformation project. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with healthcare data experience who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to data analysis, healthcare systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing Support the implementation of new healthcare claims and file transfer systems. Work with healthcare data to help onboard provider accounts into a new secure data transfer platform. Use pre-built SQL queries to extract and analyze data. Transfer and validate data through secure systems and processes. Assist with troubleshooting payment and claims-related issues by following established procedures and escalating when needed.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, internal business teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate data exchanges. Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities related to electronic healthcare transactions. Gain exposure to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), healthcare claims processing, and healthcare technology systems. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or a related technology-focused field.

Minimum 1 year of experience working with healthcare data. Basic SQL skills and ability to work with existing queries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Nice to Have Experience with healthcare claims, EDI, provider data, or healthcare operations. Experience troubleshooting data or system-related issues. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant healthcare environments.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fairfield, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
