Job Title: Lead Data Technician Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician III to manage and support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning of critical data center infrastructure. The role includes responsibilities such as racking and stacking servers, installing fiber and copper cabling, supporting hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting network and server issues.
Successful candidates will coordinate with vendors and project teams, maintain accurate documentation and inventory records, and provide mentorship to junior technicians. Responsibilities Oversee the installation and maintenance of data center infrastructure. Rack and stack servers, install fiber and copper cabling. Support hardware upgrades and troubleshoot network and server issues. Coordinate with vendors and project teams.

Essential Skills 5+ years of experience with server racking, fiber and copper cabling, hardware installations, and troubleshooting. 1 year of experience overseeing 2 other technicians. Ability to work independently and stay organized. Strong technical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and rack elevations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on ladders, overhead cable trays, and raised floors. Additional Skills & Qualifications CSTS certification. Experience with power, cooling, racks, and cabling.
